We love Bridal by Viper! Have shopped here many times. Including my own wedding along with other weddings I have been in. Such a variety of dresses, shoes, jewelry and accessories. One stop shop! Felicia was amazing, very professional, helpful and honest! All of the women that work are so helpful and kind! Definitely check Out Bridal by Viper for any event! It's worth it!
The ladies here are amazing! From the door, you’re treated like a bride. They literally helped in every way they could and our consultant Ali was awesome! She was attentive too all of our needs (bride, bridesmaid, and maid of honor) and made sure we were comfortable in our decisions. She wasn’t pushy and was very patient as we were a bit indecisive about our dresses! I can’t wait until it’s my turn to say yes. I’m definitely going too make them my first choice! I was overwhelmed and nervous to pick out a dress. All of that changed when I worked with Regan. She was so kind, patient, and understanding. She listened to my wants and worries. Regan made me feel so calm, and excited. I truly couldn’t have found my dress without her. Everyone should come to viper and ask for Regan. She will truly make your dress shopping a positive and fun memory.
Delia was the BEST EVER! My daughter was so disappointed by another local dress shop but when we got to Viper that was all forgotten. They made her experience so much fun! They are turning her dream dress into a reality! We can not thank Delia and all the girls there enough. They think of everything down to the smallest details and do it all while making you feel like you are the most important person there! This is my 3rd dress with Viper. The owner is FANTASTIC. I have always been very happy with the customer service of her staff. Amber has helped me with Mother of the Groom dresses twice now. I have no reason to shop around because I'm always very happy with my experiences. The shop is very clean, well organized and the staff are very knowledgeable about each Vendor, time tables, sizes and body types. Thank you again ladies.
