I tried to go there today they weren't real busy and it was close enough to closing time, I can't medically wear a mask and was refused service. I didn't have a card to use and had cash. The lady told me I could order online no I can't or I might have considered that. Long story short I didn't leave and security was called. I was done looking before he got there and I tried to call corp but they were gone for the day. They need to understand medically exempt is medically exempt period. There is no well you can order online or anything. I'll be going back to the first aeropostale store just before they close to purchase what I wanted because that was an option given to my medically exempt self. Btw this was the only store that had given me any issues all day while in Birchrun.
Rude staff. Didn't even make it to the merchandise. I've never been treated so poorly and I've been shopping at Aéropostale for 15 years.
