Absolutely the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I drove 4 hours to buy a car from here. The entire staff was outstanding. They made the whole car buying experience fun. Kind, and courteous. Adam went above and beyond to answer any and all questions for me. Matt was able to get my vehicle in and out very quickly with addon parts. Rick was great answering all the questions that go with the warranties and coverages. All in all, I would recommend Schaefer and Bierlein to anyone looking to buy or lease.
The customer service is spectacular. This is my third RAM from Schaefer & Beirlien, and my wife is on her second minivan. They always take care of our needs and there is never any pressure from them. I would and have recommend them to others.
This is basically a Six Star review! This was unquestionably the best car shopping experience I have ever had. I researched Jeep Cherokees and options ahead of time. I communicated with salesmen a few times before I set out on the drive to their dealership from Metro Detroit. They were honest without exception, and extremely competitive on pricing. After a test drive, we were able to wrap up the transaction quickly with no hassles or hiccups. Truly, this was my best car shopping experience ever. It is without any reservations that I can recommend working with Schaefer & Bierlein. Flawless.
Absolute worst car buying experience I havenever had. The vehicle I wanted had just come in on trade. I inquired about the vehicle via email through add on car site. I received an email saying it was sold. One of the features I was interested in was 3rd row seating leather and heated front and middle seats. We visited the dealership after calling and finding out the vehicle was there. At that time I asked again to verify the heated seats were a feature and the car salesman confirmed they were. When indeed they were not.
