Great experience of buying an RV from start to finish. Our salesperson, Byron, was incredibly knowledgeable, respectful, and made shopping fun! He wasn’t too pushy and easily recommended the perfect unit to fit our needs. The service techs were professional and answered every question we had to make sure we were equipped to successfully operate our unit and immediately fixed the two small issues we ran across during the demo. First class!

Another outstanding service experience by Burch Run General RV. We had some water damage inside the Trailer. The technician went above and beyond! I actually think the entire front panel looks better than the when the factory put it on new. Megan our Service adviser was very professional kept us informed the entire way through the extensive repair.

I can’t say enough about General RV in Birch Run! Everyone from our salesman, Ben Sexton, to Taylor in service made it a wonderful experience. We walked in with a list of 5th wheels we were interested in. Ben asked the right questions to get a feel for what we actually wanted in our new RV. It was freezing out but Ben took us to see each camper on our list (even the ones he already knew we would probably rule out), and was great when I needed a break because my teeth were chattering! By asking the right questions he was able to direct us to the right model and brand that suited our needs and budget. Ben was very knowledgeable when it came to explaining the different features on each camper, something that even experienced campers can appreciate with all of the new technology coming out. We selected the camper we wanted and then found out that we might not be able to put it on our seasonal site. Ben did everything he could to help us with our problem, even though it was out of his control. Luckily it all worked out!nnMark in financing got us a great rate and was wonderful as we read each paper before signing and explained anything we weren’t sure about.nnTaylor in service was amazing! It took 2 hours for her to show us around the new camper, showing us how all of the features, inside and out, worked. She was very patient when we asked her to repeat something so I could write it down. She helped us add certain extras that we wanted and didn’t show any annoyance when we were indecisive and took some time to make up our minds, even though it was getting close to closing time.nAll around it was a great experience! They took the time to make sure we got what we wanted and needed. We can’t wait for the camping season to start!!
