I went there looking for a truck and they found one that I was interested in. I went there to check it out and loved it. I had a bank i wanted to go through and they insisted on this one bank (name was never mentioned) and said it gives lower rates. I figured why not give it a shot. The report I got back 30 minutes later was way ridiculously high. Instead of sending my info to one bank they sent it to multiple banks without me knowing. I called my bank the next day and they asked why I had so many inquiries on my history? They made 8 inquiries on my credit dropping my score 60 points. Making me not able to get a loan. After talking to my bank I contacted the the sales manager at the dealership, and he tried to persuade me that it was my fault that my credit got ran multiple times while also knowing I had a bank picked out and then he pretty much told me without saying it bluntly that it's not his problem. Would not recommend going there.
A special shout out to Laura and Eddie Laponsie as well as Josh Jean for their extraordinary service. They gave me nothing but first class treatment in assisting me towards the purchase of my new car. This is my second purchase in the LaFontaine franchise, and like before nothing less then satisfying. I recommend them always for you future car purchases, for they will always be mines. I went for an oil change and tire replacement on my Jeep. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. When initially called the dealership, Izzie was super knowledgeable about the best tire options for my vehicle and gave a lot of great options to consider.nnWilliam was able to fit me in the day I called. He gave me a great deal on my oil change and included a tire rotation, which I appreciated. I will be a return customer.
Had a minor brake problem. Paid them to evaluate and repair. Had to go out of state for funeral. Brakes were way worse. Called them on return, implication was my fault. Will get it fixed elsewhere. Will never trust their repairs again or return.
Had a overall satisfactory process. My salesman Steve Goff went above and beyond to get me answers and make sure i was pleased at the end of the day. Thanks again. 10/10 recommended
