Update: Changing this review to a one star. The past 3 orders from this Jimmy John's, my order has been messed up. The last time I ordered a number 16 Club Lulu (turkey and bacon) and when we get home to eat, they sent a Ham and Bacon. This time they messed the order up 2 times before we ever left the window, all after reading it back to us correctly at the drive through speaker. Then, once we start eating, the bacon is gray and barely done, all stretchy and stringy. This place has really went down hill since the beginning of the Pandemic. Instead of buckling down and making sure all orders are great so people keep coming back, they are always messed up now.

Ordered the Big John from work. What was delivered was not even a little John. Manager states they go by weight and it was correct. Stated they didn’t put enough lettuce on. SMDH. How about something that remotely approximates your items on the menu?! I have gotten the same sandwich from other JJs and had no issues, and my sandwich was ALWAYS more substantial. No tomatoes on either the first sandwich or the second sandwich just to top it off

Some of the employees don't seem too happy to be there. A customer walked in after me and had to look for staff. Finally an employee on break got up to help her. The sandwich was good as it usually is.Due to covid, I disagree with whomever the cashier is that they should not be handling drinks. Especially since they touch the tops of the cups and lids that they give you.

Good Italian sub but I need to find out if the same sub can be served hot. First time ever so I'll ask next time!

One of the best subs around next to Jersey Mike's. Fresh food at a great price and they even have a drive thru at this one!
