Pizza was hot and delicious with lots of ingredients on it.
It was 6:30pm Thursday and the Extra Most bestest Pepperoni looked like it had been on the heat lamp 4-6 hours: the Cashier with the prosthesis leg didn't want to give it to me (now I know why) but the scrawny lady with long black hair and glasses made her. Awful. I'd been in line for 45 minutes in pouring rain, so wasn't about to get back in line. Too bad to eat...I tossed it. Today at 2pm I got one of the best pizzas ever. Perfect example of humanity.
So So Slow and the pizza is iffy, if good little Caesars is what ya want try the Berea location.
We are on a trip from Mi to Fl. My husband wanted a supreme so I look on maps to find a little ceasars about 20 minutes away.. I ordered online for this locarion at 730and it went through the site just fine I recieved my order confirmation email. It did say on the email that there was a delay due to being busy.. fine..my order would be ready between 8 and 805. Now at 805 I didn't receive the other email for my.pizza portal code. So I went into the store and after waiting for another 20 minutes for the 2 people in line to be helped... I was told he couldn't find my pizza .. the order was there but someone must have given it to someone else.. how does this happen when it should have been out in the pizza portal? So I ask for the manager only to find out the kid at the counter was the manager... he just stared at me.. offered me no solution. No we will make you a new one or we can refund you and give you one of our already prepared pizzas... nothing but a blank stare... I finally just asked for a refundnThis place SUCKS. I have done this kind or ordering before in other trips with other little ceasar pizza. Never had an issue...
