Excellent experience and results. I had attempted multiple Michigan Drivers License Appeal hearings with NO representation, and failed each time. Upon my first consultation with Timothy, I shared my history and denial reasons, and he was very open and honest about my chances at an appeal of the denials. Timothy provided great counsel by advising appropriate and feasible actions to align with the Secretary of States requirements for a successful appeal attempt. With Timothy's guidance and my commitment to his advice, Timothy successfully represented me to regaining fully reinstated driving privileges. He was very responsive and timely to questions I had during the process, and ensured I was prepared at my hearing. I would highly recommend using Tim Slais for your legal needs. Because of his background and experience in all aspects of the process, he truly has the knowledge and works alongside the client to achieve the optimal outcome. I believe he looks at each situation individually before laying out the best way to approach the case. He is very direct and honest and will guide you every step of the way. You need not look any further for excellent representation.

Although he exhibited good manners and took a phone call outside of standard business hours when I had needed once, I wouldn’t recommend this lawyer. I had requested the 911 phone call which he didn’t provide for me that had potential to help in my case. He failed to warn me prior to turning in my plea deal that there was a possibility of being placed into custody until I had already shown up for that hearing, leaving me with no arrangements for work etc.

Having Tim as my lawyer was a very amazing experience. I had got a first offense OWI and at my arraignment he had knocked it down to an impaired driving and I paid the court a small fine and it was over. I definitely learned my lesson to never drink and drive again. He was very quick when responding to me if I had questions about anything- very responsible and knowledgeable man, a real inspiration. I highly recommend that if you need any legal help to give Tim a call right away.
