Hands down the most versatile and eclectic gym in Michigan. They have top of the line equipment and the best staff available. Whether its bodybuilding, powerlifting, general weightlifting, boxing, cardio or something in-between this gym has it. On top of all of that this gym is Extremely well priced costing less than a cup of coffee. Not to mention the wonderful community atmosphere as well as 24 hour access. Need a gym to build the better you?? FLEX IS IT.

Great place to workout. I've been a member of the Flex Fitness Center for about 13 years. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Lots of equipment, clean environment, friendly staff and members. If you're not serious about working out, then Plannet Fitness might be better suited.

We just went to flex gym to sign up. Went in the facility not one person wearing masks, when we asked why no one was wearing masks she stated they really didnt have to it was a guideline so we left. I then called flex and a lady answered, I asked her why they were not wearing masks, she said they were. I in turn stated no your not we were just there, she lied then backed off stating that it was a guideline only. I inturned called her out on her lie as she said the were wearing them. If your not going to wear masks fine.. but dont lie stating you are wearing them with camers and videos so prevlemt now days. So you had to lie to potential customers... I called the goveners office. You should lie to customers ud83dude12
