Love, love this place! Such personal attention even in a class of 24. The coaches are fun and inspiring and keep me wanting to come back the next day even when I’m leaving a little sore after a workout.
Good fit for anyone looking to get a workout in, whether an athlete or someone working out for the first time. The treadmills are the best I have ever run on and the equipment is clean and well organized. The workouts are easily and clearly explained so you don't feel lost. Coaches do a good job of keeping an eye on form to help where needed. The environment is great to challenge yourself and not feel like you have to keep up with anyone else. The data is also very useful to know how hard you are pushing yourself. If near the workout I am fatigued but I see myself in the green, I will take a couple deep breaths and then pick up the pace to get back in the orange.
Orangetheory Fitness is the 1st gym Ive EVER been to.nI cannot put into words how absolutely amazing it was.nThe workout was AWESOME.nThe coach was incredible.nI HIGHLY recommend this place.
