The current manager who has been her for sometime now is absolutely fantastic! He literally makes me, my girlfriend, and basically everyone else I see come in feel like family. Planet Fitness is a great value, but this places offers a more personal touch than the rest.
It was fine...but would be better if i could go after work at 11:00pm till 1:00am would be great. When are you going to expand your hours? Which would be safer for everyone
I left PF for a few months bc my schedule needed a 24hr facility to get my workouts in. However, the gym I moved to didn’t require or even suggest mask wearing... and some members encouraged me to remove mine while they coughed and sneezed on equipment maskless. So, back to PF I am!!nnI wish the hours would expand but understand why they haven’t yet. I appreciate the cleanliness and mask enforcement when guests try to sneak around the gym w/o one. The staff is always friendly and helpful :)
Even with Covid, they are keeping the place sanitary! Good job PF!
I was told I was able to cancel over the phone back in November, while looking through my bank statement I’ve noticed they’ve been charging me every month since & charged me the annual fee. I moved to Wyoming & when I called about the issue they say I have no way to cancel unless in person because they need a signature but that is not what I was told back in November. They said I could mail them a letter but didn’t give me instructions on how to do so. Piss poor customer service, terrible communication & how do they not have a way to cancel over the phone or E-sign?
