Jeremy dealt with us straight and gave us his best price up front. We never got any slimy sales vibe from him. They carry the Grand Design as well as many other RV brands. It was well worth the extra drive to be treated honestly and fairly.

We were on vacation and our axle broke on our camper in Rogers City. We are from the south west corner of the state, and we were stranded. Multiple people recommended that we come to you to get new axles for our camper. Your sales team was friendly enough when we arrived, but once they realized that we weren’t in the market for a camper or any easy parts that you had in stock, they weren’t willing to work with us. My husband and I were well aware that with as old as our camper was, we probably weren’t going to find the same axle. We weren’t trying to match an axle. We were willing to buy two new axles, and even wait a few days if we had to. Your salesman quickly flipped through the book and told us that he couldn’t find any axles. My husband and I both watched him flip past the axle section. He clearly did not want to help us or want our business. Hopefully they don’t treat other customers like this.nn**EDIT**nI should add that we didn’t even have the camper with us, and did not expect them to do the work. We had cut the broken axle off of our camper to bring in for measurement/to try and get an accurate measurement on. Our camper was in a parking lot in Rogers City and we were going to do the work ourselves and explained that to the salesman. All we needed were the axles so that we could put them on ourselves, which is exactly what we did after we had our camper towed across the state back to our house.

Salesperson Jason( red beard) was awesome! Super informative. Really knew his products! We're from Virginia and vacation here twice a year I'd buy a unit from him and take it all the way back to Virginia!

We recently purchased a used travel trailer from Brewbakers. Sales rep Jeremy was awesome. There was a problem with the A/C and insisted that we don’t sign anything until he knew it was working the way it should be. They went way above and beyond to make sure we understood everything about it and were also very professional. After fixing the A/C and signing paperwork we hauled it to our destination and started using it the same day. We ran into some issues with our power and thought it was something simple. Following weekend we had the same issue. We called some one to come out and fix it and ended up being a bad converter. I called up Jeremy at Brew Bakers and explained what happened. The man was awesome and insisted that we send him a copy of the repair bill and they will reimburse us fully. They are the perfect example of the way a business should be ran. I would refer anyone to Brewbakers looking to buy an RV. It is well worth the drive.

Everyone here was very friendly and very helpful. We shopped around at a few different RV dealers before finding this dealer. We just happened to be in the area so we stopped in and we were glad we did. Great service and like I said very friendly! No pressure on buying unlike General RV.
