Cam and the finance manager worked with me and provided great service. They were not pushy and got us through the process in a quick fashion. Highly recommend.
Bought a car out of state from Cam and he made me feel comfortable and at ease about the whole thing. Process was straightforward and they made it easy and fast. They didn't waste my time during the vehicle delivery so that I could get on the road for the 2 hour drive.
Very friendly staff,Mitch did a great job very friendly,personable,funny. Didnt push us into anything we didnt want. Even stayed well after close on a Saturday afternoon!
Just had one of the worst experiences at Crown's VW service. Despite a sign on the door stating that masks are required inside, the service advisor was wearing a neck gaiter below his chin & another customer a few feet away was without a mask at all. Service person refused to do anything about it. He suggested I go talk to the person and then just shoved my bill at me without even a thank you. This kind of behavior is one reason why the US has over 400,000 deaths from Covid. Since Crown is not enforcing Covid protocols, I don't consider them a safe place to get a car serviced.
Just had my transmission serviced. Almost $400 for them to change the fluid!! They did not perform a proper flush or change the filter! The guy told me they use a screen!! Avoid doing business with them at all costs, they are no better than common theives!
