I would leave less than 1 star if I could. Went in ready to buy a car on a Saturday. I did countless hours of research, checked values even worked with a bank. The bank even advised the car was worth about 3K less than their asking. They refused to go down on price and told me that all book values are wrong currently and they were asking less than what the car was worth. The whole time the owner sat on the sales guys filing cabinet and the sales man sat behind his desk. Unprofessional. Never even went out to the car with me. That following Monday, the sales man called asking if I wanted to still buy it, said he spoke to my bank (without permission) and advised he'd take 1000 off. Told me once again I was wrong on book values and they couldn't do any more than what they offered. Disappointed in the fact they wanted to continue to argue and treat me as though I didn't know anything about cars. Highly recommend staying away from this place.

Went to European Autohaus to check a couple cars out and left with an amazing 2010 Subaru Impreza 2.0i Premium! Was my big first purchase and I was little nervous but Nick from European Autohaus made everything stress free and made sure I was well taken care of. I highly recommend them and will definitely make them my go to for my next car.

My son was looking to purchase an Audi A6. He was excited to find a couple of cars in his price range at this dealership and test drove the A6 and was interested enough to bring me back to look at it with him. During the test drive we noticed that the front bumper had been repaired with JB Weld or a similar product. When talking to the salesman I mention that the car is priced $2000 over book value (NADA book value, KBB and Carfax) and that seemed excessive considering the damage to the bumper. He said book value is several months behind actual value and when I mentioned that it should actually be lower then he told me in a VERY condescending manner that used cars often go up in value. This car was a 2006 and the salesman insisted it was a $60,000 car. When I mentioned that there is no way an Audi that was over 13 years old was worth $60,000 he again kicked in the condescending attitude and told me that they can charge over book value because used cars are in high demand and people will pay it. This salesman was so rude to me that even my son, who really wanted the car even with the condition Issues, was not willing to stick around and try to negotiate a price that works for everyone. Many of the cars on their lot are priced $2000 over book value. Check book value before you buy from them. A customer should not be talked down too. You guys missed out on a cash sale!!
