My Haircut was ok on the “non VIP” side the lady was very nice and tried her best..it’s been a while so I figured go back and see what’s changed and a lot has! I’m a tad Confused why there 2 are sides? VIP & non VIP section? Don’t get that approach, maybe I don’t understand. Not trying to be negative, mean or anything like that but was kind of an odd / awkward experience, felt segregated. One side it way nice and other plain and Dry. Like I can’t go to the VIP side so I need a special pass or? Again not trying to bash ya or anything like that. Want to be honest how I felt about my latest experience. I also poked my head in the “VIP” side to say hi as I used to be a regular and got some strange looks so I just left. May give them another shot..
The service was fast and professionally done. Only short of five stars due to a barrier of communication that did not translate the price of the service I was seeking correctly.
The barber there did a FANTASTIC job with my haircut and face shave. She was professional in every sense of the word. I've had Knicks or cuts with previous barbers, but here the service was flawless.

“Lucio” (the guy that cut my hair” did an amazing job. Especially for the first time cutting my hair. He understood exactly how I wanted it cut. He was very friendly, very intelligent and cool. Hearing how he has traveled all over the country was pretty inspiring!!
All the other barbers were very nice as well. Great place to hang out, get a cut and a shave!
