Great but challenging workouts, with very excellent instructors.
4G has been amazing! Not only do they push you hard, but they want the best outcomes for you as well. I have noticed a big change in how I feel and look since starting at 4G in April. That's only 4 months and starting to notice a difference. I encourage everyone to try 4G. The 4 different options for classes makes it real easy not to get bored of the same workout all the time.
Amazing classes & instructors! The entire facility is so clean and every detail is very well organized. This place is a well oiled machine, which is appreciated after experiencing a lot of other gyms that are disorganized or not as clean as 4G. All the staff is incredibly friendly and other people in the classes are welcoming & not judgmental.
4G is worth every penny! The instructors are great! They get to know you on a personal level, and they push you each day to be your best. I also like signing up for the classes ahead of time because it holds me accountable. I would highly recommend this gym if you are considering joining!
I love this place! I love the variety in classes and how it keeps your body guessing! Also the staff is amazing & they genuinely care about you and your success!! I went from working out on my own maybe a couple times a week to going every day to 4G and not wanting to miss! If you’re looking for a new gym I highly recommend you give 4G a shot!
