Purchased my Subara Outback from Matt K. Nice used cars and many to choose from. Told him I needed to get the Subaru inspected at a shop before I made my final decision and he paid for the inspection out of his own pocket. The gentleman that set up the license transfer and title work, etc., was very professional. Would highly recommend 616 motors! Thank you Matt.

I recently bought a 2010 Volvo S40 from 616Motors.... Absolutely love the car!!! The staff is amazing and they're very helpful. They are definitely for the people and not just the sale!!!! After purchasing the car there was a few issues with the car (as it is 11 years old) and they got it in very quickly and took care of it right away. The car was sold as is but they took care of all the issues with no cost to me. They are very negotiable on pricing as well. ❤❤❤ They go above and beyond!!! Very happy for the service I received and the car is absolutely amazing!!! I highly recommend you go to 616Motors for your next car and any car after.... Shane and Matt at 616 were so wonderful when I purchased my 2012 Honda Accord here. To be honest when I bought my car I had been in an accident the week prior and I was devastated. I wasn't really prepared to buy a car but the team at 616 made the process incredibly smooth. I am so happy with my new car and I'm glad I didn't have to deal with the additional headache and stress of buying from a larger corporate dealership. I would highly recommend 616 motors to anyone in the Grand Rapids and surrounding areas!

The guys at 616 motors go above and beyond for their clients! Recently purchased my 2011 Subaru Impreza, and my experience was great. There were issues with the vehicle but they were awesome and took care of it no problem. If you are looking to purchase your next car look no further these guys are knowledgeable and care about their clients!

Trustworthy, Honest, IntegritynnI am EXTREMELY HAPPY with my purchase from 616 Motors. Matt (owner) and his team made me feel comfortable and very welcome. They answered all of my questions and made financing a breeze. I liked the fact that they were not pushy or “naggy” about purchasing a vehicle thru them. They were patient and thorough when answering my questions. There was a minor problem with my car a few days after my purchase and Matt did not hesitate to make it right. I definitely appreciate the integrity at 616 Motors!!! I highly recommend this business and this group of guys to anyone looking to buy a used car. You will not be dissatisfied or disappointed. Believe me when I tell you that 616 is NOT your typical run of the meal scumbag used car shop...they way out class all the rest that I have encountered.
