My husband and I had our third transaction with Todd Wenzel but our first time in this location. Brian (sales) and Marcus (finance manager) were phenomenal, friendly, knowledgeable and driven. They got us a fabulous deal and we are so excited! I would highly recommend their team and this location!!
We tried to purchase a car before hand at a different deal ship and had horrible service. We went to this location, we were treated with respect and given fair prices for great shape, great running cars. Would buy again!
We showed up at 2:15 on Saturday hoping to maybe look at a prospective vehicle. We didn’t think they’d stay open to fit us in and that was okay because we knew it was late. However, Bill Beger gave us the keys and told us to take our time. The wife and I are super appreciative. We got back to the lot and wanted the car and we expected to just hold the vehicle until Monday. But Bill (consultant), Justin (manager), and Marcus (finance) stayed back and hooked up the deal until we were done—about 4:25. Thanks y’all. Recommended. Solid down to earth team. I can’t speak for any of the other workers of the store because I didn’t deal with them but it seemed like an upbeat atmosphere.
Salesman Ronnie was awesome. Everything went very smoothly and quickly. The only issue I had and reason for only four stars, I was not impressed with the finance guy. He tried to slip in warranty coverages totaling about $3,000 worth without even mentioning the costs involved. Then he got very defensive when I called him out on it. After I stated he needed to remove those charges my payment went to a much more manageable amount which is what I had anticipated to begin with.
Came in yesterday looking for a car to get me to work. Shaun Hill Greeted me at the door, told him my needs, he showed me 3 cars. We took the afternoon to look at two private sale cars, he told me to take my time and I never felt any pressure to buy from him. By 3pm we made our decision to buy a 2011 GMC Arcardia, made an offer and they accepted! Shaun Hill was awesome I recommend him if you need a used car.
