I just stopped in the Gaylord store the other day and bought myself a new hoodie! I have ordered 3 things online and loved them also. Great customer service everytime! Glad to support a Michigan Business!

I love my new sweatshirt from Livnfresh! I have shopped in their stores and ordered online. I will say the quality and customer service is amazing! I will we retuning for more and telling my friends about them.

Received a product that was cheaply made and not accurately represented. Customer service corresponded with an email with all caps. Not willing to work with me at all. Was told to leave feedback. Tried to twice, but it doesn’t show up on their site. In the meantime, positive reviews are showing up dated the day after the actual date! Also, just found out that my brother-in-law had a VERY similar experience. Not even an apology. Feel like I got taken. Very disappointed in how this was handled. Worst online customer service experience ever!!!

I received a Smitten with the Mitten sweatshirt for Christmas. When I opened it up it was very soft and very thin. After looking it over I discovered the tags read made in China. There was a stuck on tag on it also that said Livnfresh. So basically the sweatshirt comes from China and Livnfresh screen prints the words on . After the 2nd washing in cold water on gentle cycle there was pilling all over the arms, down the sides and on the front. Don't bother contacting customer service because they will tell you its not the fabrics fault and that you should buy a sweater comb or other device to shave off the pillings. Why don't they just include one with the sweatshirt for the price they charge? Save your money and go elsewhere!

We were in the store to exchange a purchase and made another purchase while we were there. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
