My boyfriend and I had an unexpected visit to Bill Marsh Ford while on vacation but we had such a fabulous experience. Our skid plate halfway ripped off while going down a dirt road so we went through the Express Lane to see what we could do. We were seen right away and I was even given flowers by the service staff. They were completely honest (a nice change when being seen by a dealership) and didn’t try to sell us on replacing the skid plate and instead informed us that we’d be just fine taking the skid plate off and going about our lives. They took the plate off for us completely free of charge.nnI wish I knew the names of the service staff we worked with but I would most definitely recommend this location to anybody! I just wish they were closer to home for us to visit whenever we needed. Keep up the awesome work, Bill Marsh Ford of Gaylord!!! Thank you for your help.
I worked with Mark and he was fantastic! I have had my car for almost 3 months now and I couldn’t be happier! He made is super easy so that when I drove down from TC it was ready to go with just some signatures! I have never enjoyed buying a car or had it so easy, and with Covid I thought it was going to be much harder. He was able to get most the paperwork done before I was even there and sent me photos as soon as it was on the lot. Very friendly and the car was SO clean!
I was shopping for an additional commercial vehicle to replace my Chevy Equinox. I had gone to the Chevy dealer and was not happy with the service of the sales person or their knowledge of the vehicle. I had talked to Owen in mid 2019 looking into a Ford Transit for the business, we were going to wait for the 2020 model for the option of AWD. Knowing how 2020 went I did not purchase in that next year. When I entered the dealership Owen greeted me and remembered me. He took the time to listen to what I needed and offered me cars that fit my needs. He also worked under a strict time frame as I needed the vehicle within the week. He made it all happen in three days and the experience was phenomenal. I would recommend Owen and Bill Marsh to everyone.

Switching my car maintenance services to the service department at Bill Marsh Ford has turned out to be one of the best decisions! Car maintenance and repairs are expensive and it feels great being able to trust that the people working on my car have the greatest integrity! I do not ever find extra expenses on my bill that were not explained to me in advance, and the customer service is top notch!
