Staff seems pretty nice, but the company sure does raise the price on you once you're in. I've had my payment increased on me two times! You're basically punished for being loyal, while new comers are rewarded. But again, once you're in, the price will definitely go up on you.
Very nice and friendly customer service, very satisfied with unit and location.
The manager was great and really helpful. As a new customer both Robert and Anne did an awesome job getting me set up!
I am satisfied withe these units. Be aware that some of them have no lighting internally. If you need lights, you can ask them which units include them. Otherwise you will need ro bring your own.
Never rent from them. I have two of the largest units and every year they keep jacking up the price. Started out at 210 a unit now just jacked up to 345 a unit. They increase every year. By around 50 dollars. Right down the street they are climate controlled and cheaper. Also cubesmart in Commerce and new uhaul in Waterford.nYou like apples,nHow bout them apples
