They've Been Awesome I'm Truely Grateful
Update 11 Nov 2019: Was contacted by Uhaul Corporate to let me know that they've been looking into this issue. Sometimes other customers don't follow the rules, and I'm glad that Uhaul was able to reach out to me.nnOriginal:nnI always rent from here because they're efficient and have after hours drop off. This time, however, the entire lot was filled with vans blocking access to the gate. If you give your customers the gate code so they can drop off after hours, they are relying on being able to do that. Now I have to miss part of work to drop it off during business hours. Seems like management doesn't care.
This place was amazing and very accommodating! The people were pleasant and helped us find not only one unit but two units that are across from each other. I would recommend this place to anyone! The units were also very clean and easy to access! I'm very happy with my storage units and this company.
I have had a unit at (originally Grand Central Storage) Five Star for about 7 years. Thru out that time I have found the staff (at all times) to be courteous, friendly and willing to help with any problems with my unit.nBut, I have NOT had any trouble with my unit yet the staff is still friendly and courteous. I do NOT have any intention of moving. Thanks Five Star !
