Service here is horrible, they call you when you’re a day late on your unit but there is never anyone in the lobby to assist you while on the property. Wish I had the ability to move my items to a different storage facility, wouldn’t recommend this place to NO ONE... DO NOT STORE YOUR ITEMS AT THIS PUBLIC STORAGE.. Lastly, my unit is on the 5t floor and the elevator is DOWN WOW!
Jeniece gave me excellent customer service very professional. I came from another location that was closed and she got me a space. Would highly recommend.
The manager Jenice provides excellent customer service and not too many places do . Would highly recommend..
Jeniece was very helpful and patient with my reservations. They were showing in the system as pending and she took the time to figure out what was going on. I appreciate the fact of her taking the time and helping from an already stressful situation.
