True customer service is so rare these days, but it's alive and well at iStorage in Ferndale in the form of David and Danni. There are moments in life when information, kindness, and personalized help is necessary...and we're very grateful David was there on our move-in day to provide that. Thank you!
Nichelle and Danni at the front desk are wonderful people and very helpful. The building is kept clean on all levels, as well as the elevators. Reasonably priced units big and small.
I have never been so satisfied with customer service in my life. The staff here is so friendly and extremely helpful. I am beyond satisfied with my experience and never felt so comfortable storing my valuables here. These guys are on point! Recommend this location of all locations. Thank you guys!
