I just had the worst experience at the speedway in Richmond, KY next to Kohl’s. I was redeeming my speedy rewards points for gift cards as I’ve done many times before. The associate Micheal did not understand the correct process in doing so. He messed up the initial transaction so he asked me to get out of line and get two more gift cards so I did. He started assisting other customers at this time. I returned to the end of the line when a nice lady told me I could get back in front of her because she knew how long I had been waiting already. When I got back up to Michael he refused to help me and told me I needed to go back to the end of the line because what I needed him to do would take to long and spoke down to me and caused a scene in the store with several customers watching and listing to how he spoke to me! I have never been so humiliated in my entire life! I asked Michael “Are you refusing to help me?” He said yes so that everyone in the store could hear him and proceeded to tell me how important every customer in the store was besides me. At this point a manager stepped in (that also witnessed the whole thing) and completed my transaction in a matter of seconds. I spend thousands of dollars a year with speedways because I enjoy the rewards program and travel a lot for work. I am ashamed of this company for hiring such a disrespectful human being and will not be spending another dollar at speedway from this point forward!!

Fast friendly service everytime. Clean facilities. Hot and cold drinks. Gas and snacks. What more could you ask for?

I called to find out if this speedway had PlayStation cards because it was listed as selling them on an official website. Guy answered the phone after quite a few rings, heard my question, and hung up. I gave the benefit of the doubt and assumed there was a connection issue. Called back and he didn’t answer the phone... just let it ring continuously. Quite aggravating for someone who’s having car problems haha... I can’t drive all around town to find one due to car problems as I said... I was hoping to pick up a last minute Christmas present for my fiancé’s little brother. Oh well I guess... I’ll try another store.

The most on friendliest people that works at speedway.

This is the superior Richmond speedway. Their speedy freeze flavors slap. I can’t get a speedy freeze anywhere else because this speedway has spoiled me. There are always about 8 flavors while the others only have 2 or 3 MAX.
