I leased a vehicle from Suburban Ford of Waterford. Norm was the salesperson who assisted me. I am happy. He was good. Tim Snell was good to work with as well. Having great assets is crucial for businesses to succeed. I am impressed with Justin in the service department too. Great job guys!

Thank you so much for all of the help with our 2018 Ford escape. We worked with Charlie and he was great at answering all of our questions. He updated us daily on the status of our vehicle. The car had some engine repairs needed, which left us feeling uneasy. Charlie ensured us they would take care of us. We were provided a rental for the 8 days the car was at the dealership. We are so grateful to have our car back home and that we worked with a wonderful team at suburban ford of Waterford!nnThank you again!

I can’t say enough good words about Our salesman Jerry Kraft. He is a Phenomenal salesman ! Very personable and professional. He made the whole experience very easy and made us feel completely comfortable with our purchase. He made all the difference in our car buying experience!

Really good experience. Laurie was our sales person. She did a great job.! Beautiful dealership and people really interested in customer satisfaction. The new Explorer we leased is really first rate. Lots of surprise and delight features. Really like the storage area in the back. Allows you to put groceries in the back and not have them roll all over. They really make this easy to buy a vehicle. Very painless! Did almost everything online. Great dealer, great company (Ford) and great dealership folks. Check it out.

Love this dealership. Every single person in this dealership smiles and welcomes everyone, even if the sales person is not the one that you are working with while there. My salesperson, Rachel Andres is the best. Her follow-up and concern is top notch. Even after the sale, Rachel was very responsive to me for little items and answers to questions that I had. John Daley is the nicest guy. He is the Sales Manager. John Daley is personable and very helpful. I have sold cars before and know that this is not an easy job nor are all car dealerships professional. This will be my dealership that I refer and revisit. Bravo and thanks again.
