My house is much better now. Everything that I needed done have got done correctly and professionally. Sean and his workers did a amazing job and they was always on time and accordingly. Always called and gave me heads up on everything. They was working around the clock to make sure things have got done and that fixed things on my approval. Everything they fixed I have no problems out of them no more. I wanna say thank you to Sean and his crew for making my house a home now. I will recommend Sean and his crew to work on your house cause they get the job done and get it done correctly.

S & S Property Preservation did an amazing job with the replacement of my patio. The entire process from beginning with the budget to end was a great experience. The owner and crew were professional, polite, and completed the job in a timely manner. They took the time to listen to my ideas and answer my questions throughout the process. I will definitely utilize their services again and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking to complete any renovations and/or projects around the home.

S&S Property Preservation replaced the roof on my home and they did an excellent job!!! They were reasonably priced, arrived at the time scheduled and were very professional. My job was complete in one day and they did a great job cleaning up afterwards.nI was referred to this company from a friend and they were everything that she said they would be.nI will be using them again for future projects and I would definitely recommend this business to others!!!

This company has did a lot of work for myself and my husband .we bought a home three years ago and everything that has been done inside and out has been done by this company black owned. The work is fantastic they work within your budget. I love the professionalism ,the personal touch of their work ,they do just a phenomenal job I have recommended them to several of my friends we really appreciate the owner Shaun Jones.

Shaun and his team from S&S did several great jobs for us over the course of this year including the replacement of our complicated roof and brick repair for a stubborn bay window leak. I was impressed by their timeliness, communication and diligence in making sure we were satisfied with the work and clean-up. I would gladly recommend these friendly professionals and use them for any future needs
