Love, love, love this small intimate studio! Heather, the owner is a great teacher! She gives great direction with modifiers for every level. This is the third yoga studio I've tried and this is by far the best! She has helped me regain so much strength and flexibility after getting injured last summer. Heather also is a massage therapist and does a great job! Her massages are wonderful!
If you are in need of a experienced master of the body, try Heater Cutlip. She performed a massage I could not believe. She inquired about the area of concern, worked the area, while giving attention to my whole body. Can be very gentle or very aggressive depending of the type of massage you request. Offers head to toe relaxation. I left the office feeling like jelly. Very friendly easy going, easy to talk to if you want.nWill be returning, and have already recommended to several people.
Love the space and Heather is the best! I've had two massages this year and I felt so much better and relaxed
I used a gift card at Little Lotus for my first-ever massage. What a treat. And, a much-needed release from work and life stressors. Look forward to going back!
