I been going here for a month now and I love it. Every time I go, I learn something new. I like that we're not sticking to a routine, it switches up, and that keeps me from being bored. Some of the skills can be challenging, but that's the fun part. Tray is a great teacher and his family participates and makes you feel comfortable. Thank you all!!!!
I went in for a self defense class and it was a great experience! The methods taught were practical and easy to remember. Trae was a great instructor. He was both professional and personable which allowed a serious class to also be fun. I would definitely recommend!

Great gym great training family oriented
Very down to earth, safe environment. I am very pleased with the instructors, the level of professionalism, and the teams compassion and encouragement. The team there pushes you to go beyond your level of comfort. Whether your there to work out or learn self defense, either way, you'll walk out feeling like a new person. I know I do every single time.
