Royal Oak Ford

Another great experience. My lease was up and Tommy White did a great job again! I knew what vehicle I wanted but I hemmed and hawed on the color. The one I thought I wanted could not be found locally. Tommy kept looking and was going to get it from an Ohio dealer then overnight as I looked at videos online of the colors I changed my mind. I felt so bad after all of his efforts but Tommy was so nice and understanding. He found the new color that morning and I was in my new car (which I love BTW) that afternoon. Pleasant, easy experience with all staff. I highly recommend Royal Oak Ford!

This was one of the best and easiest leasing experiences I have ever had. Walked in, met and talked with the nicest sales associate that I have ever met. Heather Miller. Man she was great. We talked about I was looking for. She told me she had the perfect vehicle in mind. Drove it once. Made my mind up right then. Returned the next day for the paperwork. Will DEFINITELY be doing my business here again.

Jackie-Terrell-Simon was great to work with. She got me the vehicle I wanted at the right price. I went to 2 other car dealers and they could not compare. She made the experience easy and fast. The whole experience at Royal Oak Ford was pleasant, easy and fast. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. They were patient and answered questions. I am very happy with my Ford Escape and the price.nIt is about one year since I leased my Escape from Royal Oak Ford. I sent my husband there, because his lease was ending on his fusion. First he called the dealership he got the car from originally. Jackie beat his price. So, he saw Jackie at Royal Oak Ford. He was very pleased with the ease of the process. Jackie was outstanding to work with, made it quick and easy. He got the car he wanted for the price he wanted. Everyone at Royal Oak Ford was friendly and helpful. As a side note she checks in with me regularly about my Escape. Royal Oak Ford has 2 very satisfied customers in us.

I brought my 2012 F150 in for service here earlier this week. I had been having issues with my 4x4 making a grinding noise, as well as an electrical issue. I'm decently handy and had replaced some parts on my own, but the issues persisted and I was fed up dealing with it myself. The quoted price of repair here was high, as to be expected from a dealer's shop, but after wasting so much of my own time trying to solve my issues, I brought it in to have an experienced Ford tech fix it. My electrical problem was fixed. However, they let me know that my 4x4 problem was due to bad hub actuators (which I found odd because I had replaced those exact parts less than 50 miles prior to bringing it in, and had let them know that). I figured maybe I got a defective OEM part and let them take care of it. When I picked the truck up today, I immediately heard the same loud grinding sound upon leaving the parking lot. I pulled right back into the lot and turned it back over to them.nnI don't know if the tech didn't drive the truck again to make sure the issue was gone, but I can't help but feel disappointed right now that I have paid over $780 for the exact same work that I had done myself, under an hour, in my driveway a week prior - and had let them know that they were replacing virtually new parts.nnThey still have my truck and are supposedly taking another look at it. I wanted to leave a positive review, despite the very high price I was paying, but I cannot help but feel a bit cheated out of my money right now. I will update my review as things unfold.

All though the vehicle i wanted did not work out , they where very responsive to my original review and did everything they could to make it right.
