I drive out of my way past another Subaru dealer/service that's closer to home to bring my car to Hodges. It's worth the extra time and distance! The staff is always so friendly, professional, and honest. The service quality is excellent. They truly go above and beyond every time I bring my car in. Highly recommend!
Consistently solid service and friendly staff. Recently I lost my lug nut lock key and after a google search I expected a hefty charge for them to remove. Minimal charge and was out the door with winter tires installed in less than an hour. Masks worn by all staff and sanitizing protocols much appreciated.
Hodges is a wonderful dealership. They are honest and trustworthy. My family has bought countless cars from them, both new and used. They're the BEST!!!
Been with them 22years driving my same 1999 sad to see some of the service techs are not there that I had they was the best but they had to move on. Just said that they don't have to parts for my car anymore because of the year but is still holding up and that's a Blessing. That's still my family Hodges.
I bought a 2016 Legacy used last year, and needed to get it checked over for peace of mind before a road trip. Josh was so knowledgeable, kind, and patient with all my questions. They gave me a full report (everything down to the mm of wear on each tire) and gave honest recommendations. My car was in great shape and didn’t need work at that time, and they were straightforward about it. All of it was free of charge! Couldn’t be more impressed with Josh and his team. Thanks!
