It was fine but it took 1 1/2 hours for oil change vs. 1. When I went to the service desk they looked for my car and found it done sitting out side. How long did I wait extra and if I had not gone and asked how long would have I sat and waited . . . . All was fine with the car.
Given the current Covid-19 situation, I was surprised to see how comfortable they made us. We were greeted right away by a very friendly receptionist. Then taken back by Micah right away. She was very thorough and very professional. The whole process was great!
The people here were good to me when my car needed a new radio and another car dealer never called me back. Dan was amazing he helped me from the beginning til the end and John helped in between. Also answered my calls or called me back was so pleasant. I appreciate that so much. THANK YOU.
