This company was great a year ago and has gone down hill fast. I used to ship with them but it's become a hassle and the people seem to have gotten lazy. I've moved on to another broker and my shipping experience is MUCH better. Trucker was telling me how these people take loads right from under their feet and that he's lucky he landed my load to get home. It's a tough market out there and I'd rather put my money to a company that has more integrity.

Although the person I worked with was nice, this company’s incompetence overshadowed that. I asked specifically for them to notify me when charging my account six weeks ago and here we are six weeks later and all of a sudden I see a $600.00 charge. According to the person I worked with his response was “oh well human error and things happen”. No, this is hard times for everyone and a simple phone call to let me know they made a mistake would have been the appropriate thing to do. Instead they put me in an awful situation and could care less. I will never recommend this company. This situation was a testimony to their lack of decency.
