Northland is by far the best dealership I’ve ever visited. The entire experience was wonderful. Every single person who worked there greeted me and was friendly/personable. I was greeted as soon as I arrived, and approved within minutes with not-so-good credit. They took care of me all the way through. The entire experience was fun and you usually don’t get “fun” at other dealerships. I have told so many people about this place, because it’s truly worth a visit. 10 stars!!
Service department advisor Shane Miller was very courteous and assisted me right away. I went in for an oil change/ tire rotation. Shane informed me on how long the service would take and did a brief walk around the vehicle and made some notations of other possible repair items needed that i could do at a later date. I appreciated his thorough inspection of my vehicle. He answered all of my questions and concerns. Also, my service was completed in a timely manner. I was very pleased. I would recommend Northland Chrysler Jeep Dodge to family and friends. Shane Miller gets a score of 10 from me in all areas of customer service. In regards to the survey i couldn't access it so this is my review.
Thee most amazing Dealership Ever!! They all worked hard for yesterday and I got my car I wanted Todd was very professional and so was the rest of the Northland Chrysler Team!! I have purchased many vehicles in my life some were great experiences and some were not so great but my experience at Northland Chrysler was by far the worst car/truck buying experience I’ve ever had. I don’t think it’s enough room in this to completely tell my disgust with this place. I will be filling a formal complaint and making sure it’s gets seen by all! I will not condemn all the people there and had I worked with Alex like I was supposed to maybe my experience would have been completely different! Alex and the lady who sits right after him were the only people who really acted like they cared. Outside of those 2 individuals this place needs an overhaul on how you treat all individuals regardless of what your purchasing or how your going about it! I’ve never been so disrespected and treated like a number before in my life. I will never use this dealership again in life and I will employ my family and friends not to use them as well! I would give zero starts but it won’t let me!
