AL G IS A Rip off! I was a new customer and they sold me a bold car! After a week your car will have a million problems. THE NEXT DAY MY CAR SHOWED ITS TRUE COLORS! He displayed a completely different attitude after I purchased the car. He became very nonchalant and uncaring. ALL HE WANT IS YOUR MONEY. CHOOSE A MORE TRUSTWORTHY PLACE TO SHOP!

Me and my husbands personal experience is a general experience for New Way customers. Al G is a very understanding, patient, and honest man. He listened to our past issue and fears with purchasing. He assured us him and Nesma would work to get us in the vehicle we wanted. They did and it has enough room for our large family. Marlon and Karen were also so nice you can tell they're a work family not just coworkers. The Town and Country we have is beautiful inside & out it has low mileage and is in great condition. We are so happy with our purchase and I'm so glad the previous reviews lead us here.

I literally have a testimony but to make a long story short Al made me feel like he truly cared about my families situation. He made sure I was well taken care of by his secretaries while I waited for my services. He worked with me despite my situation and a few bumps we had to Endure along the way. Al was amazing he knew my name whenever I called and that made me feel special as well. I have never had a sales experience like I did with Mr. Al my 2015 Chevy is amazing and I’m blessed all thanks to Al. I advice everyone to go despite your situation, Al will try his best to get you driving off the lot in something NICE!

Marlon my salesman.... E X C E L L E N T Customer service. My experience with New Way motors began the exact same way .....looking at their guarantee that they will finance me. The last 5 dealers said the same empty promise that they guarantee financing to anyone. You will quickly discover this is a lie.nNew Way and MARLON GUARANTEED financing especially with my challenging credit.nAfter speaking to the finance manager and again I was told to come in. Well MARLON and New Way stuck behind their guarantee and I drove off the lot in my new car.nI found Marlon be professional..his follow up and his sincere wish to get me into car new car was refreshing at best.nI highly recommend MARLON and New Way ..nAS W E S O M E EXPERIENCE!!!
