Highly recommend Golling Buick GMC! Dave made the process so easy. He got the vehicle ready and paperwork prepped before I even stepped foot in the door based on our phone calls. Dave was so well informed and made sure I got the most out of my discounts. Very professional. He walked me through the information efficiently and without being pushy. Best dealership experience I have had in my 15 years of buying GM!

I really needed an oil change on my Chevy Blazer and the only spare time I had to fit one in was on a Sunday afternoon. I did a quick search and was pleasantly surprised to find that Golling is open for oil changes on Sunday. From check-in to check-out took 13 minutes and I was very happy with the work done. The customer service far exceeded my expectations and was made to feel welcome at all times. I will be more than happy to bring my business back to Golling in the future.

It was a great purchase. Dave was a very helpful sales associate. I did not get to test his knowledge of the vehicle since I have been searching since 09/2020 for the vehicle I wanted I was already knowledgeable of all the features I was looking for. David was very pleasant to work with and did answer or find the answer to the few questions I had. The service department removed the paint scratches I found prior to purchase. I was pleased over all with the transaction

I came in for an oil change. Like always everyone was very nice .I got in right away on a Saturday with no appointment! Wow once again a job well done. Service guys are always great, always friendly and always knowledgeable! Been coming to Golling since 2006! We are and will remain life long customers!

Needed 3 rims replaced using 3rd party insurance. Service consultant Brad asked the insurance company if they were paying extra to have pics sent to them. When they told him no, he stated he would not send the pics according to the notes in the insurance companies file. Spent 4 days working with Brad and no solution. Called Sellers GMC and within 5 minutes they had it worked out. Always been happy with Golling sales and service, but after working with Brad I will not be back as long as he is there. If Brad had told me right from the start that I would be better off taking it elsewhere I would have left with no hard feelings, but instead I made four trips to the dealership before Brad told me he was going to charge me for several hours of labor to make the claim.
