The price has almost doubled since I rented my storage unit. I've never has a place they puts thru so many increases. Also I have 2 units that are currently unaccessable. There is a big block.of ice and snow in front of both of my lockers. My rope to pull the door open is frozen in that pile so I cant get into my storage units. Went to the office and it was closed for a meeting. Called 3 days in a row and no one answers. I get sent to music. I called the main 1-800 number and left a message. No one called back. For what I pay this is horrible customer service.
Would definitely recommend! Carolyn was very understanding and helpful with my situation. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service, especially being the first time having to rent a storage unit. Made it an easy experience.
Convenient location, great prices and friendly staff.
Rental staff was primarily genial. Bad experience with one particular agent. Overall satisfied.
Carolyn helped me with everything I needed. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable about my move. She also helped me get the pricing I needed as well as moving tips and storage unit comparisons. I would recommend this location. I feel at ease in my current situation.
