Finally! I’m starting to feel like myself again! I’ve been going to Core Connections Pilates for a few months and have felt welcome since the very beginning. The barre classes are my favorite but I also enjoy the equipment classes. I appreciate the caring way the instructors adjust my form and offer alternatives movements for those with injuries. I highly recommend this gem to all my friends!
I just started Pilates so it was a completely new experience. The owner, Crista, was wonderful in walking me through the use of the machines, explaining the terminology, and helping me perform the moves properly. I learned a lot quickly and got a great workout in just the first session. I would recommend trying a private session first to get all that down, then they have a great selection of group classes.
