What I love the most about Mueva is the quality of workout classes and the variety of classes offered. They truly listen to feedback and what people want. In addition, I love the people who work there. They greet you by your name, with a smile on their face. They truly care about you and the movement of your body. I love that they offer 3 options for working out. In class, virtual, and a video recording. I highly recommend Mueva!

The atmosphere of Mueva is wonderful. Very welcoming and motivating. I love the variety and quality of classes. The instructors are all fantastic- very positive, energetic and engaging.nnThis year in particular I am appreciative of the many different ways that you can access/attend classes. The on-demand streams are perfect for odd work schedules. Live stream classes are also great- they bring more normalcy and sense of community. Thanks Mueva!

Mueva has been great for relieving the stress of this past year. I LOVE that I have been able to do the recorded workouts at home at a time convenient to me. The instructors I have come to know and love are creative and encouraging. It is great to do familiar workouts and zumba dances, and they are always adding in new material that keeps every class exciting and new. Nice job keeping us fit when the world was trying to shut things down.

Mueva Fitness is the best! The workouts are fun and the instructors are awesome. The atmosphere is so happy, I love to workout out here. There are so many different workout classes, morning and evening class options. You won’t find a better place to move your body!

I have been going to Mueva for a several years now and love the staff! They are motivating without being pushy or intimidating. There is a great variety of class styles for everyone's taste - some low key and some very intense. The instructors always make sure to welcome new folks. It might be a little more expensive than some of the big box studios but at Mueva it is more of a family oriented community.
