Linda was a great help to us. Already stressed with the chaos of moving my family, Linda was patient and explained everything we needed to know.nI would recommend this facility.
The staff was very helpful and cooperative. Moving in was easy. The facility is clean and well lighted.
If I could leave no stars I would. Bid on a unit on this website. Won it! Just to drive 3 hours (YES I SAID 3 HOURS) and be told that they messed up the lockers and gave ours away! Bought many units all around and this is the only place that did wrong. More people should be honest enough to say that was not their locker they won as well. -10/10 would NOT recommend.
I am moving from Owensboro to the area and needed a storage unit to assist with the move. I didn’t have to be present to purchase and the manager is so long and easy to work with.
I called and was set up on line. I then went and checked in with my license. Linda was wonderful, thorough with check out. She explained everything, and I was all set. Thank you.
