Rood people and they don't help you whenever you have a question

Very disappointed with management at this location. I spoke to Mike Jacobs back in July about parking my tractor-trailer rig at his location. He gave permission asking that I park out of the way and to inform him next time I came to town.nI arrived Monday at noon, went inside to customer service and asked for Mr. Jacobs. The young woman said he was on break. I asked for his assistant she asked in which department. I told her the store manager. She said, Oh, he's not here today. I gave her my name and number and told her to let him know I was in town and that my rig was parked at the far corner of the lot, same as last time. She said sure.nThursday morning I dropped the trailer because my company needed a favor. I returned that afternoon at 5pm and my trailer had been towed at Mike Jacobs' request.nSince he had already left for the day I had to wait to speak with him about it this morning. He said the trailer just appeared there yesterday. I reminded him who I was and he said he wasn't 100% sure of our conversation but that he was sorry. He also said he was in the store all day Monday and he never got any message from me.. I informed him of what had transpired and that, in fact my rig had been there since Monday at noon and offered to show him my receipt for purchases after talking to his customer service personnel. He again apologized but said there was nothing he could do.nThis is not the way you treat faithful customers!

I'll shop elsewhere going forward. Deli takes literally 20minutes a person.

Don't plan to run in and out quickly, it's rare that they have more than one cashier open. Even DIY checkout has lines that are very long. Customers abandon full carts of groceries because of the long wait in the lines, which is concerning when you see perishable items in those carts. While you wait in those lines, you will feel the heat which seems to be on high year-round. Why?nnConversely, the Target on John R, less than two miles away, always have every checkout line manned. Lines move fast.nnIt may be worth the drive to Warren or Troy for shopping at a Meijer. They are slightly faster, though both stores are huge.
