Amazing customer service. Unfortunately no room at the Inn. However they went above and beyond with recommendations for other storage facilities near them. On a waiting now but the kind of place that you want to bring yours business.
Perfect place to store anything. Easy in and out with badge system. Close to home.
Owner and son were super friendly and kind. We were in a crunch to find a lot with open space. Called Open Storage and they were closing in 20 minutes, however, stated they would wait for us to show up. Allowed to access the lot 24/7 which is super convenient, especially if returning late or early from a trip. Happy they had a spot for our RV! Super fair prices.
That's for customer service. I called to see if they had an open space he said yes for 30 foot RVs for 6 month and a year I said I only need the 6 months that I store indoor for the winter, his response was, he was not interested in my business, said good luck sarcastically and hung up. I wasn't price shopping either, maybe he was offended when I asked how much?
Checked on several storage places in the vicinity. The operators of Open Storage Ed and son Jeremy impressed me with their congenial approach, and their pricing structure. Very nice people with whom to deal.
