12/21/20 @1:40pm New patient as of 12/08/20. Switching from Apria to Sheldon. At the beginning I did not get a warm caring sense from the people I spoke with. Not a very professional group of people in the telephone order desk. Gave order to Addy, described what equipment I had and she applied various part numbers. 1st shipment was incorrect and wrong face mask, headgear, and tubing. I did not realize all was wrong as I trusted Addy to send right parts from I described. i tried to use but what was sent was clearly wrong. Called back to tell them and that phone call was borderline as well. Spoke to Addy, and had words with her. She then spoke to her manager (???) and said they would replace 1st shipment with correct items. This was 12/8. New shipment has not arrived as of 12/17. We are both located in Michigan. I called and spoke to another phone sales person (Addy not available) who gave me a USPS tracking number and said that was all she could do. 12/21/20 still no shipment, I call Sheldon and speak to Felicia who tell. I explain I am new customer and frustrated due to not receiving my shipment. She suggested I speak to someone in shipping. I said no, please let me speak to a manager. Felicia says okay and transfers me to someone named Brittney. I ask her if she is the manager, she says no. She has no idea why Felicia transferred to me. I explain my situation to Brittany, and she wanted to send me to manager named Leslie Rockefeller. Before doing that I asked if I could speak to Addy (who may now be off lunch), Brittany tells me Addy is not in the office today. (at this point I have lost all confidence in this group). I left message with Leslie Rockefeller requesting HELP, seeking a resolution. At this point, my insurance has been charged but I have no replacement equipment to show for what has been paid for. I hope Ms. Rockefeller calls me back.n**Very disappointing experience thus far. Such a simple thing to take care of a new customer, one would think. Apria is no better which is why I was switching in the first place. Is there a more service oriented supplier someone knows of?

I would give it less than 1 star if I could, greedy POS leadership

They're very accommodating. My son has a feeding tube and it took a bit to find the right syringes. They were really helpful!

Very rude and unprofessional wish I could give no stars, wont get another cent of my money....

Your techs are unprofessional and extremely rude. I don't think they should be calling patients vulgar names and cussing at them.
