My experience at Self-storage Troy location was beyond expectations. Norman and Michael showed professionalism and outstanding customer service. The whole process was exceptionally done from showing the available units to signing up the lease. I really appreciate how Norman accommodated my request to see the actual unit on my first visit just 10 minutes to close. The next day I came back to sign up for the lease, Michael had answered all my questions/concerns and thoroughly explained how to use the unit and access the facility not to mention the willingness to help, after I bought two wardrobe boxes and Michael took it up to my car. I’ve never rented any storage unit before but the level of customer experience, the cleanliness, security and accessibility is truly remarkable that I would highly recommend it to families and friends. Thank you and great job to Norman and Michael!

We just rented a unit at the Rochester location and Norman was phenomenal. His customer service was above and beyond. He made the rental process very easy and patiently showed us various units. Norman answered all the questions and made this transition very smoothly. The facility is very clean and very secure. I would highly recommend this location.

I went to exchange propane. Even though I wasn't there to rent storage, the worker treated me as if I were a, high dollar,nvalued customer. He was very friendly and offered water and the ice cream and put my new propane tank in my trunk for me. Excellent customer service,!

Have to say the place is always clean and well maintained. I use the conference room - so convenient. And the managers and workers are always professional, nice and very accommodating. When I was out of work, they discounted my fee. The best folks!!!
