This is the absolute best public storage facility around. Neat and clean as most are: However, the staff here at Big Beaver in Troy is amazing, accommodating, and helpful. Jessica in particular, went out of her way to help with an issue I had. Absolutely incredible to know and find people who care about their customers. After speaking with her a few times, Jessica listened, offer advice, turned it around and resolved it all! Thank You.
Jessica did a great job getting my wife and I into a unit without a reservation. It was quick and easy. She showed us the unit and got us hooked up with a lock and everything. Great customer service here
Jessica was absolutely wonderful. I have never rented a storage unit and Jessica helped me to figure out how the lock works and how to open the door. I agree with another reviewer that said she needs a raise! It's hard to find good customer service these days and she definitely went above and beyond to make my transaction go smoothly. I've been with this Public Storage for quite some time and I can truly say that it has been a pleasent experience. Their facilities are always squeaky clean and their customer is great. If you have to leave a message, they promptly return your phone call. I've worked with Jessica a few times and she was really helpful. As long as the prices stay fair, I plan on being a customer for a nice while.
Jessica was very helpful. She went up to my unit with me to help with the lock. It was sticking and I could not get it opened. She was able to get it unlocked. She was also very pleasant.
