I moved my stuff to iStorage about a month ago and I left town. My experience with the staff over the phone and in person is great. They are nice and friendly and offer good rates. Moving in was pretty easy. You just book the storage space a few days in advance over the phone, then when you move you just visit the on-site office to pick up the code and key to the unit. The staff member will help you find the spot. Generally it is very convenient. I may move out of the unit in half a year or a whole year, I will then check whether my stuff is intact and safely stored. I will write another review if needed.
I would highly recommend this facility to everyone. Ken is absolutely wonderful! He answered all of my questions before I moved things in and took care of all of the paperwork things quickly and easily the day I moved into the unit.nnThis place also has prices you CANNOT beat. I did a thorough search of the area (checked out probably 15 other places) and this facility has the best prices by a landslide. You also only pay month to month so you don't get stuck with a long term contract should you no longer need your unit.nnMy unit was clean and ready for me at the exact time I requested and I can access it whenever I need. Very happy with my experience here!
Great location and I love it. Excellent customer service. Ken is the manager there and he is very helpful. I appreciate his support. Recently I had two large units and plan to add more.nnThank you Ken.
We've stored our car here every winter, and we will continue to do so because of the exceptional service from the manager, Ken. He even helped with getting our car in the garage. The rates are way less than other nearby options, it's well kept and monitored. Very pleased!
