They couldn't process medical coverage for flu shot....Sad!
I have used this store since it opened. The pharmacy staff and checkout personnel have always been very helpful .
Manager ‘Chris’ is just disgusting. I don’t know how can someone have this much attitude? ud83dude21ud83dude21 She just work there as a store lead but behaves like they own the store. The cashier called her to void a transaction and before even asking, she is telling me “I cannot accept coupon from you phone”. I am like “who asked you to scan coupon?” Its pain in the xxx to shop at this store. I have been to various other Walgreen around the area and they are all very polite and nice. Even the CVS people opposite to them are more humble and polite. Upper management should know and take some action.
2 1/2 plus hours to call anyone at this Walgreens. Unacceptable. “Were sorry our staff is answering other calls. Please hold on and we will be with you shortly”. Huh. I guess this is shortly. I was unable to read the bar code to renew prescription. This is why I called.
We probably keep the place in business with the amount of our prescriptions. I’ve been upset with the quantity of pills and been have rude about it but they are always kind back. It is always the insurance company that won’t fill what the doctor ordered. The “German lady” has always been very helpful.
