This store bounces on customer service but today it was good. And they are bringing in more product to that's good as well.
This store is smaller than other family dollar stores. But the staff is always helpful and courteous
Floors are always dirty inside and garbage can by front door always full and stinking when you come or leave and also garbage alongside curb outside always garbage there. Please keep me as a customer and fix these issues. Thank you!!
Terrible.. I mean terrible employee. First off when I approached her she was on her phone (yes hers-not the company’s)nnWent up to register my total was over $83 dollars but was using coupons from the family dollar app. My total was well over $30 more then it should have been so I was trying to figure out why. I’m trying to break down each individual product and she did nothing but continue to talk on her phone and roll her eyes at me... she goes on to tell me I don’t know what to tell you. All while I’m trying to go through each product and figure out what didn’t come off. She was beyond rude and wouldn’t show me and said I could go behind the counter and look myself at the screen. She doesn’t deserve to work there and I should of got her name. So to whoever is working at 930am at the Walton rd Family dollar on 3/9/20 needs to be fired. I will never shop at this location again.
This store was so dirty, a complete mess, the worst family dollar store ever
