I have only delivered online by the app so if you’re not here looking for that then I won’t waste your time.nnNormally delivery and food quality is great, nothing messed up. I saw these two delivery drivers often and they were both really nice, social distancing and all. But this time I got my order an hour and 36 minutes after I placed it, with it messed up. There is a new delivery driver, he rang the doorbell and went running back to his truck. Probably knowing that the order is messed up, and once I opened the door, he sped off. His truck also didn’t even have the Pizza Hut car topper on it, this was only once but I still thought it was worth noting.
The young lady at the register was kind. I asked the question if extra cheese and extra marinara was there and I was assured that it was correct it was not. There were so little cheese that the breadsticks were burnt on top. And I was told I would have to wait 15 more minutes for a mistake that was not mine. This is probably the worst service I’ve had at this location in 15 years
They left the pizzas at the wrong address without speaking to anyone. Manager first said that someone had accepted the delivery then changed their story to the driver had left it on the porch. The manager offered half price on our order to correct the mistake then called back to say that we would have to pay twice to get our food. Unacceptable.
COVID restrictions have reduced efficiency of services across the board.
YOU DELIVERED MY FOOD TO THE WRONG HOUSE!! I don’t know where it is!! ALSO I tried to call and they wouldn’t answer, thanks for nothing!!
