Fairly well ran pizza chain. Very consistent. Friendly staff
Little Caesar’s in Berea Kentucky has lost my business! Gave me the wrong order, was going to charge me double, sauce was watery, the girl was very rude accused us of doing something to the sauce, workers sitting on NEW PIZZA BOXES!! The workers were goofing off inside even touching other employees faces while working with the food and when I made a complaint with management, the girl I was talking about was making fun of me for complaining. Management was rude as well. I finally got the correct pizza and its practically inedible. It’s hard and paper thin in the middle and not cut right! Oh and the manager said they knew the sauce wasn’t right in the morning but it what the new employees made so they had to hand it out!! Also when I got the correct order, the lady that handed it out rudely said make sure you check it to see if it’s right, the customer shouldn’t have to be told to check to see if it’s right, that’s the person handing the food outs job.
So Very Very Slow, 15 min minimum for a hot and ready. Your better to place order ahead of time, also for whatever reason the pizza has turned hit or miss if the pizza is cooked correctly.
Decent pizza. Great thing is it's always hot! Love that.
The best Hot & Readys you can get, I bet their isn't anymore places you can yhem as fast at.
